This was sent in by an avid reader of our website.
He found this and had it confirmed that it was a 1982 small date cent.
He had it checked and verified that it was from a grease filled die in the location of the mint mark.
The arrows point to the grease spot.
It's weight is 3.09.
Official weight is 3.11.
What does that mean?

This was recently found on the sidewalk as one of our members was going for a walk and picked it up.
It has something on it.
It has something on it.
This is the same cent after a mild washing.
Not in too bad of shape for a 1936, especially for being on the sidewalk.

An unbelievable find.
This is a rare 1916D Mercury Dime found in a pile of coins Dany had in his possession for some time but never knew it was there.
Even in this condition it has a value over $1,000.
